First, Open an account

1. How many accounts can I open?
An ID card can only open a real trading account. To open an additional account, please submit another ID card.

2. How to open an account conveniently?
The easiest way to open an account is to apply online. The process is very simple and requires only three steps:
A. In the data download section of the website account management, click to download the “Customer Account Application Form” and fill in the required relevant information as required.
B. Submit valid identification and bank card certification documents, (jpg, gif, bmp, doc, pdf format, do not encrypt)
C. Scan or take a photo and email it to [email protected].

After the company has reviewed and established the database, the trading account and initial password will be sent to your registered email address. 》》》》》》》》》》》" Open an account immediately , Go!

Second, The software download

3, Desktop version of the trading software
Goldenday currently only supports Windows system, click on the software download in the account management, click "MT4 computer download" to download the software compression package to the computer and decompress and install.

4, Mobile version of the trading software
The Goldenday mobile version supports iphone, ipad, and Android. The specific installation steps can be found here .

Third, The transaction software login

5, Prompt "invalid account" or "cannot connect"
With the internet connection in place, make the following attempts:
Re-enter the trading account number and transaction password. The trading account is 8 digits. The password is more than 5 characters. It contains at least letters and numbers. Note that it is case-sensitive. It is recommended to input it manually. Do not copy or paste it to avoid extra characters.

If you still can't log in after completing the above steps, the most convenient solution is to reset the transaction password. Methods as below:
Log in to the website, click on the information download in Account Management, download the “Password Reset Application Form”, fill in the relevant information (must be consistent with the information registered at the time of opening the account), scan or take a photo after signing, and send it to [email protected] by email. Our company will send the "transaction password" to your email within one hour. Please change the password in time. 》》》》》》》》》》》 Reset transaction password , GO!

6. If the demo account is not logged in for 2 weeks, it will be automatically logged out. If you are unable to log in, your demo account may have expired. You can re-apply for free. If the real account is not logged in for 12 consecutive months, it will be automatically logged out, and only the account balance will be retained. The customer can submit the identity information and continue to operate.

7. How to change the transaction password?
After logging in to the trading software, click "Tools"----"Options"----"Server"----"Change"----"Change Master Password", enter the old password once, two new passwords. Note: Passwords should be as complex as possible, at least 5 characters long and at least 2 of the following 3 types: uppercase, lowercase, and numbers. Note: Read-only passwords are not available for transactions.

8. How to deposit
Deposit by online banking or by wire transfer via bank counter to the HSBC Bank's public account, the specific time of arrival will be based on HSBC's settlement time, and will be postponed in the event of a holiday. Hong Kong HSBC bank accounts can choose between US dollars and Hong Kong dollars. There is no special requirement for deposit amount.

Reminder: In order to protect your interests, after completing the payment, you can choose to take a screenshot of the transaction reference number or printscreen to make it into an electronic file, and email the remittance statement to [email protected] to verify the payment.

9. What is the exchange rate?
The currency of the Goldenday account is US dollars. If you deposit in other currencies, we will use the market exchange rate published by HSBC in Hong Kong for exchange. The exchange rate is fair and open, and no fee is charged.

10. Does Goldenday accept third party deposits?
Accepted. Goldenday accepts deposits from third parties other than the account holder. Note: If you are wire transfer, you should indicate your trading account number and name on the wire transfer slip.

11. Is there a minimum or maximum limit for deposits?
A. There is no requirement by wire transfer;
B By online banking, you are advised to consult your card issuer about your online banking daily or maximum transfer or payment limit before you make a capital injection.

Warm reminder: In order to ensure the security of your password and bank certificate, please do not leave the computer before exiting the online banking service and do not log in to the online bank in public or using someone else's computer.

12. Do you support credit card deposits?
Yes, credit card deposit is supported, but please confirm whether the card has been opened for online banking before injecting capital.

13. Who is the payee of the wire transfer?
If you need a wire transfer, please contact the online customer service to request a full wire transfer account.

V. Withdrawal

14, How to make withdrawal?
Click “Account Management”, select “Withdrawal Application”, fill in the required information, the funds you withdraw will be remitted to the bank card you bind after verification made by company, and the withdrawal amount is at least USD 100. If the balance is less than 100, please enter 100.
If you are unable to submit, please check if the information you filled in is the same as the account opening information. If there is any changes, please go to the data download section of the account management and download the “Change of Information Application Form” to change the data. 》》》》》》》》》》》" Data changes , GO!

Withdrawals made before 16:00 on each trading day will be accepted on the same day. Withdrawals made after 16:00 will be accepted on the next trading day, and withdrawals made on holidays and weekends will be accepted on the next trading day. The specified arrival time of fund depends on the bank.

15. What will the withdrawal currency be, and what is the exchange rate?
The customer withdrawal currency defaults to US dollars. The receiving currency depends on the currency supported by the customer's receiving bank account. Hong Kong and Macao are basically in US dollars and Hong Kong dollars, and other countries are basically in US dollars. Note: Both the US dollar and the Hong Kong dollar are exchanged using the market exchange rate published by HSBC Hong Kong on a daily basis. The exchange rate is fair and open, and no fee is charged.

16, The cost of withdrawal
Goldenday does not deduct any fees through online bank transfer or through bank counter wire transfer, and the fees charged by the bank are borne by you.

17. Does Goldenday accept third party withdrawals?
Not accepted. Goldenday does not accept third party other than account holders for withdrawals. It is recommended to check the bank information you have filled in before applying for withdrawal. If there are any changes, please go to the information download section of Account Management to download the “Change of Information Application Form”to change the information.

Sixth, About the transaction

18. How to establish a market order?
Click on “New Order” or double-click on the item in “Market Quote” or press “F9”, the order window will appear, update all the fields related to your market order, including goods, lots and sell/buy, if any Need to be able to adjust the "maximum deviation of the allowed transaction price and quotation", the stop loss price and the profit price can be modified after the order is closed.
Once the order is executed, it will be displayed in "Transactions" in the "Terminal Window" below.

19. What is a "click transaction"?
Clicking on the trade allows you to quickly close the position by simply clicking on the last "X" of the completed order, which is the quickest way to close the position.

To enable "Click Trade":
A. Click on "Tools"----"Options"----"Transactions"
B. Click “Click Trade”, select “Accept these contract terms”, click “OK”, and finally click “OK” to exit the note: To cancel “Click Trade”, you only need to repeat the above operation.

20. Why does the chart always show "waiting for updates"?
Click on "Window"----"New Window"----"GOLD" or "SILVER"
Feel free to adjust the chart window or the time period you need to view and add the various metrics you need to match your trading needs.

21. What do the types of pending orders mean?
Buy limit refers to hanging more than the market price;
Sell limit means a short list above the market price;
Buy stop refers to hanging more than the market price;
Sell stop refers to an empty order below the market price.

22. What is the maximum deviation of the allowed transaction price and the quotation?
The maximum deviation between the allowed transaction price and the quoted price refers to the range in which the market price fluctuation can be accepted when the customer conducts the market order transaction. Assuming the current market price is 910.50 and the customer sets a maximum deviation of 10 points, the order can be traded within the price range of 910.50 ± 0.10.

23. What do the columns in the account summary mean?
After logging in to the online trading platform, you can see the following columns on the terminal: balance, net value, used margin, available margin, and margin ratio.
Balance: Current account fund amount.
Net worth: It is the balance plus the total net profit and loss, reflecting the dynamic change of the account funds. It also means that if all the orders are closed at the current time, the account balance is the current net value.
Used funds: that is, the occupancy margin, which represents the sum of the margins required for all positions.
Available funds: equal to the net value deducted from the occupied funds, which means that the account is currently available for effective trading of the transaction. (Available funds can be applied for withdrawal)
Margin ratio: net value divided by used funds (when the fund level is ≤ 30%, the system will perform a forced liquidation of the position order)

25. How to ensure the security of my account funds?

26. Forcibly closing the position, the purpose of the position-taking measures is mainly to help you avoid losses that exceed the principal invested. At the same time, as an added safeguard, we provide account deficit protection (ie, when your account has a negative balance due to forced liquidation, we contribute to make up the negative balance of your loss) and protect traders from potential financial losses.
